A local resident of the USA is under police observation in the vicinity of Nairobi due to serious complications in the area of wildlife. These complications were caused by the consumption of cocaine pills with the aim of trying to illegally export them across the border. The suspect, identified as Jared Tyler Roberts, was brought to the hospital on Sunday, February 16, when another individual urgently brought him to the establishment due to signs of narcotic overdose.

Doctors later reported the following concerning the fight against narcotics from the Management for the Fight Against Crime regarding the need for an internal endoscopic examination at Roberts. Three cocaine pills weighing a total of 57.98 grams were extracted.

Authorities seized the narcotics and classified them as evidence. Medical investigations also revealed another pathological formation in the thin intestine, and doctors are currently providing treatment for its safe removal.

Preliminary investigations indicated that Roberts lived in leased accommodation in the Ustlends district of Nairobi and planned to board a flight on Ethiopian Airlines at 6 PM on the day of the incident. Law enforcement agencies seized his passport and personal documents. It is assumed that Roberts will be charged with drug trafficking after his release.
